The room was exactly like in the pictures, with a wide bed and soft pillows. The staff was friendly and the breakfast room was elegant. There were several TV channels available. The location was central and surrounded by local amenities.

The downstairs restaurant in the hotel is a great spot to enjoy your meals, with a nice water feature that adds to the ambiance. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, as it is situated in a good area with plenty of restaurants nearby. the hotel is close to the Oasiria water park, providing an opportunity for some fun and relaxation.
The staff at the hotel were not always pleasant and accommodating, especially when it came to basic requests such as making a phone call.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and cute, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, being in a great area of the city and close to everything we needed. The hotel facilities were great, from the comfortable beds and clean rooms to the tasty food in the restaurant. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided a great experience for us.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the city center and attractions. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. The staff, from the doorman to the reception ladies, were polite, friendly, and always willing to help.
there were some inconveniences such as the lack of an iron in the room and the water supply issue in the morning.
